SMS and Text Message Consent

By creating an account or using ChatMart services, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS) from ChatMart.

Types of messages you may receive:

  • One-time passwords (OTP) for account verification and login
  • Security alerts and account notifications
  • Transaction confirmations and payment updates
  • Order status updates and delivery notifications
  • Important service announcements

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You may receive multiple messages per day during active use.

Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. ChatMart does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.

Opt-out: You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message. However, you cannot opt out of essential security and transaction-related messages while maintaining an active account.

1. Acceptance of Terms
